Daiwa announces the launch of its 32-inch and 40-inch TV series in the Indian market. These are budget Smart TV’s delivering amazing specifications for a wallet-friendly price tag. Daiwa has introduced two TV models in 32-inch panel category, and one model in 42-inch category.Daiwa 32-inch Smart TV, is built on Android platform with Miracast support. This is a 32-inch HD-ready panel with a resolution of 1366×768. The panel supports a response timing of 8ms. Moreover the panel comes with a 178-degree viewing angle.
Additionally it comes loaded with 1 GB DDR3 RAM for multitasking. The onboard processor configuration remains unknown. It also has a mini remote called the 2.4 GHz web cruiser. For I/O, you get two HDMI ports, one VGA port, 3.5mm jack for display and audio and two USB ports.
There is a lower-variant in the 32-inch panel category. The panel resolution remains the same, what changes is the fact that it is a standard TV with no smart features. Moreover, for I/O it comes with one HDMI port, one USB port, one VGA port and a 3.5mm jack for display and audio.
For I/O, the 42-inch Daiwa comes with two HDMI ports, two USB 2.0 ports, VGA port, RCA, and 3.5mm jack for audio.
All the three variants get two-10w speakers for audio. Users also have an option to attach external speakers using the included 3.5mm headphone jack.
Daiwa 32-inch HD ready TV is available for a price of Rs 9399. Daiwa Smart 32-inch is priced at Rs 15,990 and the 40-inch Full HD TV is priced at Rs 15,999. All Daiwa TV’s get one-year warranty and free installation. The panels are available for sale on Amazon India, Snapdeal and Shopclues.
Micromax too unveiled its line-up of budget Smart TV’s in India yesterday. Micromax’s 32-inch, 40-inch and 50-inch, models were priced at Rs 19,999, 29,999 and 42,999 respectively.
